Return & Refund Policy
At CHROMEN, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering from us. If something is not right, our team is here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
• Unused and in its original condition
• Returned with the original packaging
• Returned with all included accessories
• Free from signs of wear, damage or misuse
Hygiene Notice
For hygiene and safety reasons, earbuds and audio products that have been opened, worn or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Used earbuds or audio products
• Items without original packaging
• Items damaged by misuse or improper handling
• Items returned after the 14 day return period
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Products marked as final sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the damage or defect
Once reviewed, we may offer:
• A replacement
• Store credit
• A refund
Depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
• The item is defective
• The wrong item was sent
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
